LACK OF EXERCISE INCREASES THE RISK OF HEART FAILURE

Men who sit for at least 5 hours a day, and don’t compensate this inactivity with regular exercise display a more than doubled risk of heart failure compared to their more physically active counterparts who sit less than 2 hours a day. So, whenever you have the opportunity, try not to sit too much, and if your job doesn’t allow it, do try to move more during your leisure hours.
