I have completed this book/ program [the New Lean for Life] and have had a great success of a 40lbs weightloss. By reading and following the program to a T. So areas of the program seam a little cheesy but dont let that fool you. This is a program written and aproved by doctors and I am living proof that it works. Awesome book!! Lost 30 pounds by using this method and working out. It's long and sometimes boring to read but if you skip to the important let's with the diet and portions it's great. I really recommend to do this diet. It is changed completely the way I eat and think of food. I lost the weight I didn't get it back. Give it a try. But again you NEED to work out. Nothing crazy but some cardio and weights excercise will do. The diet alone will make you lose weight but not keep it off.

This book is an eye opener, and very good information on how we got overweight! You can do a little, or follow the plan and start loosing weight! Downloaded it at first, that's because it's always with me, then ordered the hard copy! This way, I can refer back easier, and also highlight areas that are very important! I have lost 32 lbs, since I purchased this book! (2 months) ! It is doable!
