SUGAR IS NOT ALWAYS LABELED AS SUGAR.
Sugar sometimes hides behind various names: sucrose, glucose, fructose, maltose, molasses, hydrolyzed starch, inverted sugar, corn syrup. So whenever you see any of these names on a label, it means that the food contains hidden sugar.
