GREEN TEA PROMOTES ABDOMINAL WEIGHT LOSS.

The antioxidant flavonoids in green tea stimulate our basal metabolism, and therefore fat combustion, particularly that of abdominal fat. A survey conducted over a period of 12 weeks showed that drinking 4 daily cups of green tea led to a 9.5 cm² decrease in the surface of abdominal fat (Journal of Functional Foods, Jan 2012).
